Privacy policy

Last updated 11 September 2026. This policy covers the Prime Robot game app (bundle identifier com.primeia.primerobot), published by Dropforge / PrimeIA.

The short version. Prime Robot has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or password, and we do not collect any of them. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking in the game. The only data that leaves your device is what two consoles need to find each other when you play a private match with a friend.

1. Playing against bots: nothing leaves your device

Solo matches against bots run entirely on your device, over a local connection to itself. No gameplay data, no identifiers and no diagnostics are sent anywhere. You can play the whole game this way with no internet connection.

2. Playing a private match: what we store, and why

When you create or join a private room, the game needs a way to route messages between the two devices. To do that it asks our backend for an anonymous session: a randomly generated identifier that is not connected to you, your device or any account. It is created on the spot, it contains nothing you typed, and we have no way to link it back to a person.

WhatWhyWhere
A random anonymous session identifier and its access tokens So the two players in a room are allowed to exchange match messages, and so nobody else can join your room Our backend; the tokens live only in the game's memory while it runs
The room record: its code, which anonymous identifier is the host, which one is the guest, and when it expires So your friend's code finds your room, and so a room cannot be taken over by a third player Our backend
Live match messages: positions, shots, health and round state So both players see the same match Relayed between the two devices in real time. They are not written to our database and we do not record them

That is the complete list. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, advertising identifier, device identifier or payment information, because the game never asks for them and has no feature that uses them.

3. What is stored on your device

The game saves two settings locally, using the operating system's normal app storage: which robot you picked, and how many bots you want in a solo match. They stay on your device, they are not sent to us, and they are removed when you delete the app.

4. What we do not do

5. Who else is involved

Supabase

Our backend — the anonymous sessions, the room records and the real-time message relay — runs on Supabase, on servers in the United States. Like any internet service, their servers process the technical metadata a connection needs, including the IP address the request comes from, as part of normal operation and security logging. We do not use that metadata for analytics or advertising.

Apple

The app is distributed through the App Store and TestFlight. Apple collects its own information about downloads, purchases and crashes under Apple's privacy policy, and gives us only aggregated statistics that do not identify anyone.

We use no other third-party services, SDKs or servers.

6. How long we keep it

A room code stops working 30 minutes after the room is created, and leaving a room ends it immediately. Expired room records and the anonymous session identifiers stay in our database until they are removed, and we delete them whenever someone asks. They contain nothing beyond a random identifier, a room code and timestamps.

7. Asking for your data, or asking us to delete it

Write to sp.primeia@gmail.com and tell us what you would like: a copy of what is stored, or its deletion. We answer within 30 days.

Because the game has no accounts, we cannot look you up by name or email. To find your records, send us the room code you used and roughly when you played. Without that we may not be able to identify which anonymous records are yours — and we will not guess, because that would mean handing out someone else's.

Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. If you have only ever played against bots, there is nothing on our side to delete.

8. Children

Prime Robot does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. There is no sign-up, no profile, no chat and no advertising. If you believe a child's personal information reached us somehow, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. You can exercise all of these by writing to sp.primeia@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to this policy

If we add a feature that collects something new, we will update this page and change the date at the top before the feature ships. The current version is always available at primeia.app/prime-robot/privacy and from AJUSTES in the game lobby.
